MYCA
Digital ecosystem for mental health education and support
Overview
MYCA is a digital platform for mental health education and awareness built by VOPA. It provides structured learning resources, self-reflection tools, and guided wellbeing exercises designed for school-age users and communities.
Problem & Solution
The Problem
Students and educators in India face growing mental health challenges with very limited access to structured awareness or educational resources. Stigma and the absence of dedicated mental health education in school curricula prevent early awareness and informed support-seeking.
The Solution
MYCA was designed as a mental health education and awareness platform, not a clinical or counselling service. It provides age-appropriate digital resources, guided reflection exercises, and wellbeing content to build awareness and reduce stigma around mental health.
Implementation
MYCA is deployed as a platform enabling structured mental health education programmes in schools and communities. It is built for use by trained educators and programme facilitators who guide students through wellbeing content in a structured and supervised setting.

- Digital mental health and wellbeing education resources
